At first sportsmen must receive a confirmation from the organizer that they are coming to a high mastery competition.
Those arriving by land must:
1. To fill the passenger form before the start of the trip – https://keleiviams.nvsc.lt/lt/form/passenger (form in three languages LT, EN, RU)
2. To have laboratory test response form confirming a negative Covid-19 test taken less than 72 hours previously.
3. Have the above approval.
4. The Covid-19 test is not required if the person has received two vaccinations of Covid-19 and has a document to that effect.
